Listen closely.
The best starting point is a conversation. About your routines, your ideas and what you want your space to make possible.
About RENOVA / Our why
Spaces shaped for the way South Florida lives.
Residential. Commercial. One thoughtful standard.
The idea behind every project
We believe the spaces around us can bring out the best in the life within them.
This is why we buildImagined spaces & moments / RENOVA design studies
It begins with how you want to live
A space is never just a space.
It’s where the morning slows down. Where everyone ends up around the table. Where an idea becomes a business, or a house begins to feel like you.
That is what we see when we look at a floor plan. The life it could hold.
At RENOVA, we bring design and construction together to shape residential and commercial spaces across South Florida. From the first conversation to the finishing details, we keep the people who will use them at the heart of the work.
Because a thoughtful space can change the way a day feels. And that’s something worth building.
What we bring to the work
A few things we believe in.
Think it through.
Design and construction belong in the same conversation. Beautiful ideas become stronger when every detail has a purpose.
Care for the details.
The way a material feels. The light through a room. The everyday things that make a place feel considered, comfortable and yours.
Built around the life ahead
More room to gather. More light to live in. More space to be yourself.
A renovation. A new home. A place to do what you love. Whatever comes next, it starts with seeing what could be.
