So we're putting our word in writing first — what we will do about your price, your home, and your warranty — and signing it. You sign nothing. Read it, print it, and hold us to every line.
Five commitments. One signature.
A price written in pencil is a rumor. Ours is written in ink — fixed before we begin. And if the work must change, the new number is written down and approved by you before a single hammer swings. The figure we agree on is the figure you pay. That is what "fixed" means.
No strangers. No sub-of-a-sub-of-a-sub. Every person in your home is hired, trained, and managed by RENOVA — and your dedicated project manager knows them all by name, from demolition day to final walkthrough. Photo updates show you the faces and the progress alike.
Wondering is the tax bad contractors charge. You'll know what happened today, what's happening tomorrow, and exactly who to call — your project manager answers, and your updates arrive with photographs. Silence is not a status update.
If something we built fails, we come back and make it right. Our warranty lasts 18 months. Talk with us about the coverage that applies to your project.

Drop cloths before demolition. We clean daily — not weekly, not end-of-job archaeology — and when we're done, your home is cleaner than the day we arrived. Then we walk every room together until you're satisfied. You should remember the reveal, not the dust.
